Good food starts with a good life

This page is the closest thing to standing on our land in Laul. Everything you see below is our actual farm. No stock photos, no staging.

How we farm

Four things we never compromise on

Hens roaming an open pasture at Siddhi Farm

Open pastures, open sky

No cages, ever. Our hens roam freely under trees we planted ourselves, with shade nets for the hottest hours.

Desi hens foraging on fresh greens under trees

Greens, grains & insects

They forage all day and we top it up with fresh-cut greens and grains. No GMO feed, no growth boosters.

Fresh desi eggs resting on straw

Collected daily, by hand

Every egg is picked up each morning and checked one by one before it goes into a carton.

Packed Siddhi Farm egg cartons at the farm

Packed clean, kept cold

Eggs go into recyclable cartons the same day. Chicken is processed hygienically and frozen at -18°C.

A day at the farm

Sunrise to sunset, outdoors

The flock is out at first light, scratching, foraging and dust-bathing under the trees. Fresh greens are cut and spread mid-morning, water stations are checked through the day, and eggs are collected and packed before noon.

By evening the birds head back to their open-sided shelters on their own. No timers, no artificial lighting to force extra eggs. Just the day's natural rhythm.

Come walk the farm yourself

We keep Siddhi Farm open to anyone who wants to see how their food is raised. Call ahead and one of us will show you around.
